ohh right.i just remembred something which i wanted to say.now's monday =.=
just joking that aint what i wanna say.
something rather 'interested'(to me) happened,or rather was told to me..
it so happens on saturday, we were suppose to be having sectionals from 1 to 3. but... cuz the security guard didnt open on time.decided to hve full band instead.starting off with christmas carol's a bad idea. managed to go through the piece but i dunno how to work on the bad parts =( Zzzzz.....
after that go through hanukkah.hanukkah's getting better.i FEEL at least..just really nid to brush up parts .and woodwinds nid to play the running notes PROPERLY.its not hard seriously i swear.if secondary schools can do that,NEIGHBOURHOOD secondary schools,why cant we?as long as u accept things with open mind.be diligent,things SHOULD just work out fine.unless there's other stuffs going on. bla bal balab
den 3 pm came. mr tan asked for tuning note. den CUT.den he was like .wah ..this band play ar..the feeling very light and gentle de..so different from all his bands,all very impactful den very organ sound(ok i edited this part,but tats still wad he meant haha).den ny band sounded VERY CLEMENT ! GAGAGHA i was like HEH?!? .so interesting :P
and through that.i remembered andrew telling me diff conductors who play different instrumets,their bands will sound different,just like if me and him wewre to take 2 bands.his will probably sound darker than mine cuz he plays the oboe and i play the flute~ so its like the instrument u play does matter.hahaha and the way i articulate my notes matters ! hAHAHA
should grow up soon and experiment with a beginner's band ( just hope i can teach them if i ever take a band -.-)
band dinner's coming.tune in's coming, the 2 christmas performances coming. bla!!!!
oh.. and anyway.any suggestions for any flute solowork WITH BAND? hopefully not orchestral transcription.not easy job for the band to manage.
ahh ahh one more thing...the secret to let ppl tell u u are cute! SHHH!!!
when u suspect someone is asleep but online. (but actully the person is awake,u dunno). spam the msn! den say 'wake up wake up wake up!!!' den ahhaa, the person will laugh and say u very cute =D cuz how can a person who fell asleep wake up to answer? the logic is simple :). cuz the desktop of the person's com would most probably not be your conversation be on the top . and in most cases ppl on their speakers so when u go spamming the msn sound will just *ring ring ring* .. thus.my theory =D.
