i think howard shore is really really brilliant. look at his lord of the rings.

man.. tell me when london symphony's coming singapore again.this time i'm going when they are here(or if i ever get to UK that is, man..that's gonna be like years before i will be able to be there).
imgaine you are running on the track, the most outer lane.lane 8. and you run 8 rounds. the inner lane is 400 m. so 8 rounds will be 3.2km. but i guess running on the most outer lane would most probably be more than 4 km. i hope, if not the timing's gonna make me sad. lol.
and after running so much for one day and running too fast, the legs ache and my i have no idea where, not sure if it's the bladder or something. it hurts T_T and worse still the next day , i have to run another 5 rounds for PE. how cool can that be...
